Eating gluten free — Floriade 2025
Your go-to list of all the gluten free foods on offer at Canberra’s Floriade.
Headed to Floriade this spring? I’ve been in touch with the food trucks and stalls to bring you a list of all the gluten free foods on offer. For the coeliacs in the room, I’ve broken it down by the ones that are coeliac safe and the ones that are probably best left for those who are gluten intolerant only.
As always, be sure to make your dietary requirements known for your own safety.

Food trucks with gluten free options
There are no other food trucks/stalls that are 100% gluten free, however, there are a few that have gluten free options with coeliac awareness. I won’t hit you with another cross contamination disclaimer, you know what to do to check your own safety.
Here’s the details so you can decide what risk you’re comfortable with taking on.
Hamsa Hummus Bar is a 100% Middle Eastern street food stall with some gluten free options. You can get:
Fried eggplant loaded hummus bowl - Beetroot or classic hummus, fried eggplants, salad, garlic tahini and chilli salsa. The eggplant is cooked on a separate griddle to keep it as coeliac safe as possible.
Hummus bowls can be made gluten free when served without pita.
